RMS Event Rentals was founded while planning a wedding for a friend who struggled to find companies that fit their schedule. We found that there was a gap in the industry where the normal 9-5 party companies just didn't fit so we were founded to change just that. At RMS Event Rentals our hours are outside the 9-5 to be available for when you're really planning the party. Our mission is to make your rental process as simple as possible to allow you to focus on the party, not the planning.

Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our extensive inventory of party rental items, including tables, chairs, games, and more. Once you’ve selected the items you need for your event, simply email or call us for a quote, specify the date of your event and delivery location, and will arrange for the items to be delivered to your doorstep or event venue. After your event, simply stack the items and use the provided carts and we will pick them up at the arranged time.
Accidents happen! In the event that a party rental item is accidentally damaged during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage, and we will discuss repairs or replacements as needed with you. While you are responsible for the rental items while in your possession, we also offer an optional damage deposit of 10% of each items cost that will cover any accidental damage or acts of nature (unless deemed to be negligible). This fee provides peace of mind while renting . We recommend reviewing our rental contract for specific terms and conditions related to damages.
Yes, we require a 25% deposit to hold your rental reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. This ensures that the items you reserved are locked in and not rented to other parties.
Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last minute changes are subject to availability.
YES! Nothing can be more frustrating than working all day and trying to coordinate an event in the evenings or on weekends when most businesses are closed. We specialize in being available when you're available. If reaching out during "standard" business hours, we will return your calls and quotes as soon as possible.
